Who Makes Up the Network?
The network is open to any Nepali citizen or Non-Resident Nepali (NRN) committed to non-political nation-building.
Membership is structured around contribution level so students, early-career professionals, and senior experts can work within the same system with clear expectations.
The focus is practical contribution: evidence, discipline, mentorship, and public-interest policy work.

Expert Leads
Senior professors, researchers, and professionals who lead policy development, provide mentorship, and conduct peer reviews.
Public Servants & Bureaucrats
Government officials can participate, but under strict limits.
Advisory Role Only
They may share technical knowledge, but they do not make decisions for the organization.
Voluntary
They receive no money for participating in the network.
Non-Representational
They join as individuals, not as representatives of their office or institution.
Ethics & Conflict of Interest
Membership credibility depends on strict disclosure and limits.
Disclosure
Members must disclose any conflict of interest.
Recusal
Members with a financial interest in a policy cannot work on that policy.
Internal Register
We maintain an internal register to protect public trust.
